Established by the former Head of Private Practice legal recruitment for a large London agency, Gladwin Law is committed to providing a personalised, pro-active service to candidates and clients, offering genuine advice and consultation, rather than the commoditised target driven approach now often seen in our industry.

Profiles

A graduate of the University of York, Jason Horobin has over fifteen years’ recruitment experience during which time he has placed lawyers at all levels from NQ to Senior Equity Partner. Formerly head of the International Private Practice division for a major Global legal recruitment agency, he has personally recruited into over more than twenty jurisdictions worldwide and has managed teams that have recruited into many more.
