CORPORATE ASSOCIATE – US LAW FIRM – LONDON

Its London office is stable and successful and is seeking to grow through the addition of a top class Corporate/Private Equity Associate with experience in private M&A and/or capital markets.  The successful candidate is likely to have between one and four years’ pqe (more experienced lawyers are equally welcome to apply) gained from a leading City or US law firm in London.  The role promises the opportunity to take on significant responsibility as part of a smaller team and comes with an attractive US level salary.
